Roald Goethe

Chairman

Roald is an oil executive with over 20 years’ experience in crude and refined products trading across West Africa and the Middle East.

He founded Delaney Petroleum Ltd in 2006 after 11 years at Trafigura, where he helped scale its oil trading business.

Neil Morgan

Managing Director

Neil is a former Big 4 Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years’ experience in commodity trading across global markets.

He spent 17 years at Trafigura and 11 at Mercuria, building and scaling complex international trading operations and supply chains.

Fabio Merlo

Director

Fabio brings over 13 years’ experience in commodity markets, spanning structured trade finance and battery materials trading.

He spent 4 years at Credit Suisse and 8 at Trafigura, and now leads the development of Rhomax’s Africa trading book.
